Is the $299 monthly plan available for any website?
It is offered with our new website package. For an existing site, we first need to understand the platform, access, and required work. We’ll confirm whether a refresh or a new website is the right starting point.
Are photo editing and new integrations included?
Do not assume they are. Updating an image on a page is different from editing a photo collection or adding a booking system. Your proposal sets the scope, and we’ll discuss any additional work before starting it.
How quickly will changes be completed?
Timing depends on the request, its complexity, and the agreed workflow. Share any deadline when you send an update. Response expectations and scheduling are discussed in your proposal.
What are the billing and cancellation terms?
Those details are set out in your proposal before you commit. Ask about the start date, any minimum term, cancellation process, and what happens to your website if your needs change.
